Daniel Coll

Daniel Coll is the leader and creator of the Renew Your Strength Fitness Team. Living most of his life in Florida, Daniel has always had a passion for exercise and health. Nearly 30 years ago ,after winning a basketball state Championship and receiving an academic scholarship to Jacksonville University, Daniel decided to pursue a degree in athletic training. He went on to become Nationally Certified in Personal training, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition. He has helped hundreds of Warriors since then and has started the RYS Warrior Transformation Movement in Greenville. Renew Your Strength (RYS) will help you reach your goals whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle, become more flexible, or increase endurance.

Leah Lewis

Putting the Fun in Fitness

Leah had been overweight since childhood. One year before she turned 40 she decided it was time to make a serious change. She began training with Daniel Coll with the hopes of reaching her lifetime goal. Not only did she reach her goal, she exceeded it. Leah lost over 50 pounds, 55 inches and 15% body fat in less than a year training with RYS and is now over 100 pounds down since her all time heaviest. While training with Renew Your Strength she fell in love with fitness and decided to make a career out of it. Leah is now a AFAA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer in her hometown, Greenville, SC.

Working out by myself I wasn’t able to get the results I wanted.  

I decided to look for a trainer to learn to do squats correctly, and try to increase bench press weights.   I found Daniel who is a fun, fit trainer, with lots of  non-boring and effective workouts, that challenge me, and if I want-it-to-be, a competitive atmosphere.  If nothing else, competing with myself.

But in addition to those goals, extra benefits materialized. I was happy to see that my outdoor cycling activities really got some unanticipated boosts.  At 75 yrs old,  I can now again swing my leg over the saddle to mount – (stiff joints were not an asset). In addition,  after many years of being incapable of riding “no-handed” I am now re-enabled to enjoy that freedom.  Daniel has worked on my balance in exercises during regular training, and pushed stretching events, which overall give me a great quality of renewed life.

Thanks to Daniel, my coach/trainer for being an extremely attentive, personable, approachable and excellent motivator.   It is great to be young  again!

Group Fitness Classes 

We offer small group classes for all fitness levels on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30pm. Classes are a  circuit style setting with various exercises from strength training, boxing, balance and cardio. You’ll get a full body workout and modifications are always available for each class member. Text the number below to reserve your spot.

RYS offers hands on personal training catered to your fitness needs. Sessions last 1 hour and prices vary depending on the commitment.
